The ideal candidate has strong communication, analytical and multichannel marketing skills, with 5+ years in real estate marketing and fluency in English, Bahasa Malay, and Mandarin. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role within the real estate or property development industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin; local dialects an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Pinnacle Group's property developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
• Manage and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations.
