Job summary

MTD Group seeks a Property Development Manager to oversee full-spectrum development activities in its Real Estate & Property Development Division. Location is Kajang, Malaysia, with 5 1/2 day work week and flexible hours.

The role covers land feasibility, regulatory approvals, project coordination, cost control, and stakeholder management to deliver projects on time and within budget, driving sustainable value and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in civil/real estate/urban planning or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in property development.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian property development laws, planning guidelines and approval processes.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land feasibility, market research, and project feasibility studies.
• Prepare financial projections including GDV, cost estimates, ROI, and cash flow.
• Develop project strategies, business plans, and implementation schedules.
• Lead end-to-end property development projects and coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure regulatory approvals, compliance with codes, and liaise with authorities.
