Job summary

JLG PROJECTS SDN BHD is seeking a Project Manager to lead property development initiatives from concept through completion in Malaysia. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of the development lifecycle. You will oversee feasibility studies, planning approvals and master planning, while monitoring progress, risks and key deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in property development, real estate, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture or related field.
• Experience in property development/project management is required.
• Strong knowledge of the property development lifecycle, planning approvals and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of assigned property projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee feasibility studies, development proposals, planning approvals and master planning.
• Monitor progress, programme, budget, quality and deliverables; provide management updates.
