CTC Development Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (1016899-P) is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager for Project & Planning to lead end-to-end property development efforts in Johor Bahru.

You will oversee planning, feasibility, design development, construction, and regulatory approvals, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities. You will monitor budgets, schedules, and quality, review drawings for compliance, manage cost control, and drive successful handovers to purchasers while identifying

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of working experience in property development, project management, or site coordination for building projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall property development process, including planning, feasibility studies, design development, construction, statutory approvals, and project handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
• Review architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, technical standards, and project objectives.
• Oversee statutory submissions, planning approvals, building plan approvals, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project costs, contract administration, and financial performance to ensure effective cost control and project feasibility.
• Coordinate project inspections, defect rectification, completion, certifications, and handover processes to ensure smooth delivery to purchasers.
• Identify project risks, resolve project-related issues, and recommend practical solutions to Management.
• Prepare regular project progress reports, monitor key milestones, and provide updates and recommendations to Management.
