Job summary

Dwisolar Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of assigned projects in Malaysia. You will oversee project team performance, liaise with clients, manage schedules and financials, and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive M&E knowledge, and excellent English communication, with experience in subcontracting environments preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction industry with M&E project experience
• 4+ years in subcontracting environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent written and spoken English for technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and delegate project activities to the team
• Lead and coordinate the project team for effective execution
• Monitor team performance and provide direction
• Develop and control the master project schedule to meet milestones
• Review progress reports and implement corrective actions
• Main client liaison for project-related matters
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Prepare and manage project progress claims and billings
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance
• Manage change orders, variations and commercial matters
