Job summary

EcoWorld in Malaysia seeks a Manager, M&E to lead the complete mechanical and electrical scope for development projects. You will translate plans into actions, manage consultants and contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive project-level M&E performance from design to handover.

You will lead the M&E team, allocate work, monitor performance, and resolve issues within your authority, across design, installation, testing, and handover stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Registration with BEM preferred.
• Experience leading M&E teams on development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design review & coordination across M&E disciplines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Oversee on-site M&E installation, QA/QC, and safety.
• Direct testing & commissioning, and handover activities.
• Lead project team, allocate work, monitor performance.
