Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project teams comprising internal staff, consultants, and contractors, liaising with management, authorities, and purchasers to ensure successful implementation and completion of projects with delivery of vacant possessions on time and to high quality, within budget.

You will oversee QA, safety and environmental compliance, manage variations, inspections, and timely planning approvals for sales launches and CCC,

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10 years' experience; minimum 3 years in management.
• Willing to work in Kulai, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams (internal staff, consultants, contractors) for successful implementation.
• Ensure delivery of vacant possession to purchasers on time and with high quality.
• Manage safety, health and environment compliance and budget considerations.
• Handle Variation Orders and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders.
• Perform internal QA/QC and safety audits with relevant departments.
• Obtain planning approvals for sales launches and CCC requirements in time.
• Coordinate handover of vacant possession and defect liability management.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth HOVP processes.
