Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise and large-scale construction projects in Malaysia. The role oversees civil, structural, and architectural works to ensure compliance with standards and codes, from planning through handover.

You will prepare cost estimates, schedules, and progress reports, coordinating drawings and designs with consultants and contractors. Leadership, clear communication, and on-site commissioning experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• 8–10 years’ experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in data centre, micro-electronics, or critical infrastructure preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Oversee civil, structural, and architectural works to meet standards and codes.
• Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports.
• Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and designs.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Drive construction, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
