Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN MVC RESOURCES SDN. BHD. in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects on-site.

You will supervise planning, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety, coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and consultants, and ensure on-time, within-budget completion to high quality standards, with the Senior track adding multi-package oversight and stakeholder negotiations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end construction project management.
• Lead on-site delivery for high-rise projects with multiple packages.
• Mentor junior staff and manage stakeholder negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from inception to final completion.
• Develop execution plans, master schedules, and method statements for high-rise construction.
• Establish KPIs for progress, quality, and safety.
• Manage project budget and cash flow with cost-control measures.
• Review subcontractor claims and variations with QS.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Supervise daily site operations for labour, materials, and equipment.
• Enforce QA/QC procedures and safety compliance.
• Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Lead and mentor site management team and chair progress meetings.
