Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of high-rise construction projects, from mobilization to handover and DLP. You will develop master schedules, budgets, and resource plans; coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities; ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 10–15 years in building construction, and strong knowledge of PAM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years in building construction with at least 5 years in PM for high-rise (≥20 storeys).
• Proven track record delivering high-rise residential/commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methods (piling, RC frame, formwork, MEP coordination).
• Strong leadership and team management; experience coordinating large multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with PAM, PWD, CIDB contracts; contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from mobilization to handover and DLP.
• Develop and manage master schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Oversee site operations; coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet specs, schedule, and budget.
• Manage the project team (site agents, engineers, quantity surveyors, safety personnel).
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, and authority requirements (CIDB, DOSH, local authorities).
• Chair project progress meetings, site coordination meetings, and client/consultant liaison meetings.
• Monitor and control project cost including variation orders, claims, and cash flow with QS/commercial team.
• Ensure SHE standards on site and enforce CIDB/DOSH compliance.
• Implement QA/QC systems and manage risks and contractual/technical issues.
