Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to drive hospital development and renovation projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth delivery across design, tender and construction phases.

The role requires strong communication, documentation discipline and leadership to support hospital stakeholders and maintain service continuity in a live healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with professional certification is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary hospital projects is advantageous.
• Strong planning, budgeting, procurement, risk management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal project meetings and drive cross-functional coordination across all project stages.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and MFinish milestones; escalate risks and delays promptly.
• Prepare management papers, reports and executive presentations with clear data.
• Coordinate approvals, tender strategy and project execution approaches with consultants and contractors.
