The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with at least five years of project management experience in healthcare facilities, demonstrating leadership and effective communication throughout every project stage.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management within healthcare/building facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage time/resources effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily construction activities on site and liaise with Contractor.
• Prepare project brief, master implementation program and cost feasibility studies.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and costings; coordinate with HQ and authorities.
