Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, execute, and supervise healthcare facility construction projects in Malaysia, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with Act 586 and KPJHB standards. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities, overseeing procurement, and maintaining quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare building

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and review new construction development programs to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee daily site construction activities and liaise with contractors.
• Prepare project briefs, master implementation programs and cost feasibility studies.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities to meet requirements and sign off on defects.
• Attend client, consultant and contractor meetings and coordinate progress claims.
