Job summary

SkyWorld Development Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Project Management (Post-Development) to oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning through post-completion.

You will coordinate with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions, approvals and regulatory compliance, while monitoring budgets, quality, and handover readiness for completed units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil/architectural related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within property development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to post-development activities.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to manage submissions and approvals.
• Review design drawings for compliance with briefs, regulations and project requirements.
• Support SPA drawings review for legal/regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets and coordinate with contracts team on cost variations.
