Job summary

Bellworth Developments Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex property development projects from concept to completion. You will drive planning, cost estimation, tender evaluation and coordination with authorities to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will review technical drawings, manage risks, and ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and providing comprehensive project reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of relevant project management experience in property development.
• Experience with high-rise and mixed development projects preferred.
• Strong review skills for technical drawings, regulations, and tender processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and quality within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the project team through conceptualization to completion.
• Develop project plans, scope, goals, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Prepare feasibility studies for potential developments or acquisitions.
• Ensure drawings/documents meet specifications and advise on changes.
• Ensure tender/contract compliance and monitor progress to quality targets.
• Oversee land acquisition, tenders, design, QA and liaison with authorities.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep on schedule.
• Hand over completed projects with full documentation and warranties.
• Maintain relationships with government bodies, clients and contractors.
• Prepare reports and performance metrics for Management.
