Job summary

Amalan Setar (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead major property developments. You will plan, monitor, and deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management, and at least 10 years of PM experience with high-rise projects, including compliance with Malaysian authorities.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Credit Admin to provide project-related input, updates, and support to ensure smooth execution and alignment with overall development plans.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in property development or construction, with proven experience in managing high-rise projects.

Familiar with Malaysian authority requirements, local council processes, and industry regulations.

Strong leadership and coordination skills, with ability to manage consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
