Job summary

TITIJAYA LAND BERHAD is seeking a Site Manager for our property development and construction projects in Malaysia. You will lead site activities, coordinate with main contractors, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial or industrial developments. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in property development and/or construction projects.
• Experience with high-rise residential, landed housing, commercial or industrial developments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site construction activities according to drawings, specs, quality standards and schedules.
• Monitor and coordinate main contractors and nominated subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Track construction progress and prepare regular site progress reports.
• Coordinate with Head Office on project progress, stage billings and costing matters.
• Communicate with consultants, architects, engineers, local authorities, utility providers and contractors.
• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays; attend project meetings and provide technical support.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budget, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise site construction activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Requirements

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in property development and/or construction projects.

Experience in managing high-rise residential, landed housing, commercial or industrial developments is preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality control procedures, and project coordination.

Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
