The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management, and at least 10 years of PM experience with high-rise projects, including compliance with Malaysian authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in property development or construction.
• Experience in managing high-rise projects and familiarity with Malaysian authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor full project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery, cost control and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site team and authorities for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including authority submissions and approvals.
• Monitor site progress, safety and risk management across assigned projects.
• Lead regular site meetings and resolve technical/coordination issues promptly.
• Review and approve technical documents, design drawings, construction plans and VE proposals.
• Manage tender processes, procurement and contract administration with Contracts Department.
• Provide regular progress reports to the General Manager.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Credit Admin for project-related input and alignment.
