Job summary

BizLink Group is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex global initiatives across regions. You will drive project delivery, governance, budgets, and risk management while coordinating cross-functional and international teams, vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, Mandarin and English fluency, PMP certification, and 8–10 years of experience in large-scale international IT projects including M&A, integration, ERP, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, including large, international IT projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
• Experience with vendors, contracts, budgets, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex international ISIT projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage M&A, carve-out, integration, infrastructure, application, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resources, risks, quality, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams across countries and time zones.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, contracts, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, Steering Committees, and management updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, escalations, and dependencies.
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, knowledge transfer, and project closure.
• Support and improve ISIT PMO governance, standards, templates, and processes

Overview Of The Position

Lead and manage complex global IT projects and cross-functional teams, overseeing project delivery, stakeholder management, risks, budgets, and operational improvements across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex international ISIT projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage M&A, carve-out, integration, infrastructure, application, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resources, risks, quality, and key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams across different countries and time zones.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, consultants, contracts, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, Steering Committees, and management updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, escalations, and dependencies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in IT project management, including large, complex, and international IT projects.
• M&A Experience: Practical experience with mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, post-merger integration, IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, separation/integration planning, and TSA management.
• Certification: Valid PMP certification is mandatory.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, reporting, and change control.
• Other Experience: Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, senior stakeholders, and international cross-functional teams.
• Personal Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP/SAP/MES/PLM, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data migration. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies is preferred.
