Role Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing small to mid-size projects that are within the business tower. This role involves overseeing project deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle and ensuring timely, within-budget completion. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects meet PMO methodology and customer expectations
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Project Management and Delivery:
- Manage the full project lifecycle for small to mid-size projects, ensuring compliance with PMO methodology.
- Develop and implement project plans, from initiation to project handover
- Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders, including customers, project teams, principals, subcontractors, and others affected by the project
- Monitor and control project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Project Definition / Site Assessment Plan/ Design, Development & Configuration Architecture
- Build Testing and Commissioning
- Operational Documentation
- Project Handover to Operations
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, legal, and delivery teams to align project scope with objectives.
- Maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate solutions when project challenges arise or when deadlocks are encountered.
Process Monitoring and Reporting:
- Assign and monitor project work to ensure progress aligns with guidelines.
- Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and contingencies.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Notify the next level of management regarding any issues that may impact cost, scope, or schedule.
- Prepare project billing documents upon customer sign-off
- Update the project status dashboard and report progress bi-monthly.

Education and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- PMP or Prince2 Agile certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the ICT industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects using hybrid project management approach that integrates agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
