Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to define scope with stakeholders and own end-to-end delivery of IT projects. You will develop comprehensive plans, timelines and budgets using standard methodologies, and monitor progress to address deviations.

Responsibilities include contract review, documentation, and compliance, with emphasis on proactive risk mitigation and delivering results on schedule and within budget.

Scope & Objectives: Define deliverable and project scope in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

Planning & Execution: Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, developing comprehensive plans, timelines and budgets using standard methodologies.

Progress Tracking: Monitor performance against baselines and proactively address scope, timeline or budget deviations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and issues early, conslt domain experts and execute timely mitigation or escalation strategies

Contract Review: Review vendor and project contracts to flag key terms, unclear clauses, or potential liabilities.

Documentation & Compliance: Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and administrative paperwork according to established standards.

Execution & Results

Project Delivery: Demonstrated ownership and a results-oriented approach to leading complex IT projects to completion on time and within budget.
