Industrial Water Engineers (IWE) is seeking Senior / Project Engineers to oversee water and wastewater projects from planning through execution in Malaysia. You will manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery meets budget, schedule, and technical standards.

This role suits engineers who are passionate about end-to-end project execution and delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions across mechanical, electrical, control, and process disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required; master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years site/project experience in process water and wastewater treatment field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, goal-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for project installations (1–3 weeks).
• Fluent in English and Malay; Chinese communication is an added advantage.

Self-motivated with the ability to lead projects independently and work across disciplines.

Excellent decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel locally and internationally for project installations (1–3 weeks duration).

Fluent in English and Malay. Ability to communicate with Chinese clients and stakeholders is an added advantage.
