Job summary

FAIR WORK (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programmes from quotation through NPI, mass production, and final delivery. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to meet requirements, quality, cost targets, and schedules.

The role emphasizes driving customer satisfaction and business growth, with responsibility for planning, capacity, and delivery commitments across multiple programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project management, programme management, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or customer programme management will be an advantage.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to successful programme execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer programmes, including RFQ coordination and sales order management.
• Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments with timely updates.
• Coordinate with production, technical, and material control teams for smooth production flow.
• Monitor programme performance against revenue, margins, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead internal and external meetings to ensure process readiness and progress.
