Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers and operations for Program Execution of NPI, ramping up mass runs and sustaining.
• Lead a cross-functional Customer Focus Team to achieve Quality, Delivery and Cost targets.
• Manage product lifecycle activities with account health and customer satisfaction.
• Organize inter-department activities to meet development timelines, delivery, quality and metrics.
• Act as main communication channel for customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct account reviews and CFT meetings to track project deliverables.
• Drive productivity and quality improvements through CFT to improve KPIs.
• Perform other duties assigned by Senior Manager of Program Management.

Primary Function:

• Responsible for coordinating between customers and the operations with regards to Program Execution of New Product Introduction (NPI), Mass Run ramping up and sustaining.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• PM is responsible for operational execution related NPI, Engineering Changes, Continuous Improvement.
• PM shall lead a X functional Customer Focus Team to manage programs to achieve desired Quality, Delivery and Cost to our customer.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with account health and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various level of complexity.
• Organize inter-department activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• Conduct account review and CFT meeting as required to monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
• Lead and drive CFT on productivity and quality improvements as to achieve accounts KPI improvement.
• Any other jobs assigned from the Senior Manager of Program Management.
