Job summary

Benchmark Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end customer engagements and drive transitions from quotation to production ramp-up. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams to meet milestones, lead reviews and escalations, and ensure on‑time delivery of quality, cost, and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program/project/account management within manufacturing, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain or related field.
Minimum 5 years in program/project/account management or customer service in manufacturing.
Experience with NPI, product transfers or new business transitions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships.
Lead transitions of new business, NPI and product transfers from quotation through ramp-up.
Coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Quality to meet milestones.
Lead customer meetings, reviews, issue resolution and escalation management.
Monitor program performance, identify risks and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
