Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in program management, project management, customer management, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage customer-related business risks, including claims, write-offs, and commercial issues.
• Analyze customer forecasts and waterfall charts to support capacity and business planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
