Job summary

Cape EMS Berhad is seeking a capable Program Administrator to coordinate and manage multiple EMS projects from planning to execution in a fast-paced, multi-cultural setting.

You will oversee collaboration meetings, inter-department liaison, and reporting while ensuring timely delivery, accurate forecasting, and risk management across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or equivalent in business, management/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in program administration, project planning, customer account management, or cross-functional coordination.
• EMS industry background is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder engagement skills to bridge gaps between clients, internal teams, and external teams.
• Ability to evaluate program metrics, assess risks, analyze forecasts, and formulate actionable solutions.
• Highly proficient in creating and communicating business plans and models using MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Job description

To help coordinate and manage various subject‑matter programs within a company. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing team‑building activities, implementing projects, researching and gathering resources, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule

Act as a liaison with all inter departments

Establish and maintain successful working relationships with all assigned department sites to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies through ongoing and regular communication

Monitor production plan and shipment commitments to customer

Daily revenue tracking

About you
