Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in program management, project coordination, sales support, or customer account management
• Background in manufacturing, electronics, or EMS is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
• Strong written and spoken communication to liaise between clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Act as liaison with all inter-departments
• Maintain relationships with department sites for effectiveness and efficiency through ongoing communication
• Provide and obtain information, track documentation and monitor project progress
• Monitor production plan and shipment commitments to customers
• Conduct daily revenue tracking
• Organize and transfer reporting to various customers
• Update internal databases/spreadsheets for assigned projects (PO management)
• Understand ECO/ECN

Job description

To help coordinate and manage various subject-matter programs within a company. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing team-building activities, implementing projects, researching and gathering resources and communicating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule
• Act as liaison with all inter-departments
• Establish and maintain successful working relationships with all assigned department sites to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies through ongoing and regular communication
• Provide and obtain information, track documentation and monitor progress of the project
• Monitor production plan and shipment commitments to customer
• Daily revenue tracking
• Organize, track and transfer all necessary reporting to various customers
• Update and maintain internal database/spreadsheet for assigned projects such as PO management
• Understand ECO/ECN

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant working experience are often accepted
• 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in program management, project coordination, sales support, or customer account management
• Background in specialized sectors like manufacturing, electronics, or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
• Strong spoken and written skills to liaise smoothly between external clients and internal teams
• Ability to track progress, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Experience in effectively working in an international, multi-cultural and fast-paced business environment
• Analytical aptitude to identify risks, manage commercial issues, and coordinate action plans
