Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve their individual sales targets and overall team performance.

Monitor daily sales activities, customer coverage and follow-up to ensure effective execution by the team.

Conduct regular field coaching and joint customer visits to improve the team's sales skills and productivity.

Provide ongoing training, performance feedback and development plans for Sales Executives.

Track team sales performance, analyse results and recommend improvement strategies to management.

Support the team in resolving customer enquiries and escalated issues while ensuring excellent customer service.

Coordinate sales operations, territory planning and customer assignments to maximise team efficiency.

Assist in the execution of sales initiatives, promotional activities and new product launches.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and share insights to strengthen the team's performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences or a related scientific field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Willing to travel frequently across East Malaysia.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
