Job summary

NEXT Ventures is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy across fintech offerings, including trading and payments platforms. You will drive opportunities, translate needs into priorities, and partner with engineering, design, QA, and operations to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycles, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory alignment and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or digital-first environments.
• Experience shaping product vision, domain roadmaps, and strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day delivery.
• Strong expertise in payments or prop trading products is a plus, with experience in trading ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business/Finance or related field.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making; comfortable with APIs and integrations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead backlog, write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee integrations across trading platforms, CRM, client portals, and back offices.
• Drive improvements in onboarding, KYC, account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and IB operations.
• Define and monitor KPIs; use data and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with Compliance, Risk, and internal controls.
