Job summary

NEXT Ventures is a global fintech group powering traders with trusted software and platforms across multiple regions. The SQA Lead will own software quality for trading platforms, dashboards and payments, building a QA function that ensures stability and security in real-time releases.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and DevOps to bake quality into development and ship confidently at scale.

Qualifications

• Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy across web, mobile and API products.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of manual and automation QA engineers.
• Design and scale test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Drive functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing for trading systems.
• Own release readiness: test planning, defect triage and post-release quality reviews.
• Define and report quality metrics to engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy, standards and processes across web, mobile and API products.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of manual and automation QA engineers; set goals and review work.
• Design and scale test automation frameworks (UI, API, regression) and integrate them into CI/CD.
• Drive testing across high-volume, real-time trading systems for quality and reliability.
• Own release readiness: test planning, go/no-go criteria and post-release reviews.
