Soft Space is seeking a Product Manager to lead assigned product areas, translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps. You will support adoption, work with engineering and delivery teams, and help deliver scalable solutions aligned with the product strategy.

Collaborating across product, engineering and regional teams, you will prioritize requirements, guide implementation, and drive continuous improvements in product management processes.

Qualifikationen

• Must have experience in product management, business analysis, or tech project delivery.
• Translating business needs into structured product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders across business units or workstreams.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Experience in fintech, banking or enterprise software environments.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements and guide product decisions.
• Familiarity with automation or low-code/no-code approaches to improve workflows.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned product domains and develop knowledge of capabilities, use cases and roadmap direction.
• Gather and translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Manage product backlog and roadmap inputs with Product leadership and Engineering.
• Advise strategic customers by understanding objectives and recommending solutions.
• Align roadmaps across entities or markets and identify common requirements.
• Guide customers toward scalable, reusable solutions and avoid unnecessary customization.
• Prioritize requirements and manage competing business priorities.
• Support implementation, release and product adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Identify dependencies, risks and blockers and coordinate resolution.
• Consolidate feedback to inform product improvements and roadmaps.
• Improve Product Management processes through standardisation and automation.
