Job summary

NEXT Ventures is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy across fintech offerings, including trading and payments platforms. You will drive opportunities, translate needs into priorities, and partner with engineering, design, QA, and operations to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycles, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory alignment and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or digital-first environments.
• Experience shaping product vision, domain roadmaps, and strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day delivery.
• Strong expertise in payments or prop trading products is a plus, with experience in trading ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business/Finance or related field.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making; comfortable with APIs and integrations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Product Manager at NEXT Ventures, you will shape product strategy and drive the development of impactful solutions across our fintech ecosystem. You will identify opportunities for improvement, translate customer and business needs into product priorities, and help evolve products across areas such as proprietary trading, payment solutions, and mobile application user experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our products are customer-focused, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the trading and brokerage ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and commercial performance through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Translate business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory considerations into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.

Product Ownership & Execution

• Lead the end-to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, developing clear product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations teams to ensure effective planning, high-quality delivery, and timely releases.
• Oversee integrations and enhancements across trading platforms, CRM systems, client portals, and internal back‑office solutions.
• Drive improvements across critical customer journeys, including registration, KYC, account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and Introducing Broker (IB) operations.
• Lead internal rollouts, stakeholder alignment, and training to ensure successful adoption of new products and features.

Product Performance & Optimisation

• Define and monitor product KPIs, using data, customer feedback, and business insights to guide product decisions.
• Identify friction points across the customer journey and drive initiatives to improve onboarding, activation, transaction success, and retention.
• Drive measurable improvements in customer sign-up time and operational turnaround across the brokerage ecosystem.
• Apply prioritisation frameworks such as RICE, Kano, and impact‑effort analysis to balance customer value, business impact, and engineering capacity.
• Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement practices to ensure products remain competitive, reliable, and scalable.

Technical, Risk & Regulatory Collaboration

• Collaborate with Engineering teams on APIs, database structures, system architecture, and third‑party integrations.
• Work with Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure product requirements align with applicable regulatory obligations and internal controls.
• Evaluate technical solutions and emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled capabilities and agentic workflows, to identify practical opportunities for product innovation.
• Balance product usability, technical feasibility, security, scalability, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning complex products and shaping product strategy in fintech, technology, or digital‑first environments.
• Experience driving product vision, domain roadmaps, and strategic initiatives beyond day‑to‑day feature delivery.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Proprietary Trading & Brokerage: Experience with prop trading platforms, CFD/forex brokerage products, trading ecosystems, or related financial products.
• Payments & Financial Products: Experience with payment gateways, payment processing, acquiring, issuing, digital wallets, transaction infrastructure, or financial workflows.
• Mobile Applications & User Experience: Experience shaping mobile product strategy, improving app usability, optimising customer journeys, and driving mobile engagement and adoption.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to evaluate opportunities based on business value, customer impact, and long‑term growth.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using product data, customer insights, and market research to guide decisions.
• Technical fluency to engage in discussions around APIs, integrations, system architecture, databases, and platform capabilities.
• Sufficient AI literacy to evaluate AI technologies, agent frameworks, and emerging applications from a product perspective.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross‑functional teams around a shared product vision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
