Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization. You will collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales and Business teams to deliver customer-centric, compliant products in a fintech/financial services context.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Product Management within tech/digital products.
• Proven end-to-end product lifecycle experience from discovery to launch.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps and delivering successful products or features.
• Experience in fintech, payments, digital banking or financial services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to optimisation.
• Define vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Drive product strategy across B2B and B2C offerings for multiple segments.
• Conduct market research, interviews and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales and Business teams for delivery.
• Use data to prioritise initiatives and validate hypotheses.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure business impact.
• Design experiments to improve customer experience and retention.
• Coordinate product launches and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance and technical requirements.
