Job summary

NEXT Ventures is seeking a Product Manager for the Trading Platform, Rules & Risk to lead the squad that designs the rule engine, simulations, backtesting, and risk controls for CFDs. You will partner with Trading and Risk to mitigate abuse and ensure financial integrity while delivering trader-centric features.

You bring 5+ years in product management, strong quantitative skills, and hands-on experience with risk, trading systems, and data visualization.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in financial or trading domains.
Strong quantitative and analytical modeling skills.
Experience with business rule engines, configuration-driven logic, or algorithmic decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and launch new CFDs trading rules and risk features; own rule architecture.
Lead backtesting and simulation tooling to model rule changes against historical data.
Define trader-facing rule visualisation and end-to-end notification workflows.
Collaborate with Trading, Risk Management and Engineering to prevent abuse and ensure integrity.
Own squad OKRs related to margin, drawdown, and rule-change impact.
Translate risk findings into product-level adjustments and enforcement workflows.
