You will own the product lifecycle from research to launch, build roadmaps with cross-functional teams, and use data insights to drive performance while creating SOPs and client enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with financial products (FX, commodities, equities, fixed income, funds, crypto).
• CFD experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop market positioning and product strategy for trading products.
• Manage product lifecycle including research, design, and launches.
• Create product roadmaps and coordinate with teams for delivery.
• Use data to diagnose issues and drive iterations and optimization.
• Create SOPs, knowledge base, and guidelines to support sales and marketing.
• Support institutional clients and contribute to product volume growth.
