Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for fintech or tech-enabled services.
• Ability to define vision and strategy with detailed execution plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and marketing.
• Strong customer- and problem-centric mindset using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and align priorities.
• Strong analytical approach with OKRs and experiment plans.
• Experience in high-growth, ambiguity with creating structure and momentum.
• Mentoring product managers and shaping product culture.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap planning: unpack initiatives into workstreams and coordinate releases.
• Define and drive the product vision and enable continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align with strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to meet business goals.
• Facilitate decisions, remove blockers, monitor team health.
• Explain complex engineering issues and guide resolution.
• Allocate resources and invest for growth and innovation.
• Define data-driven metrics to monitor platform performance.
• Develop deep understanding of the fintech space to inform strategy.
