Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cleaning and lithography process engineering, with optics/space industry background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Chemical/Applied Science/Physics/Materials Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in cleaning and lithography process engineering in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory due to overseas reporting line.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and implement manufacturable process solutions meeting capability and manufacturability requirements.
• Perform data analysis on process capability, GD&T and methods like FMEA & DMAIC (root cause analysis).
• Support engineering and operational KPIs including cost, uptime, 5S and safety.
• Ensure smooth transfer of process solutions from development to operation.
