Job summary

Materion Corporation is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturable process solutions. You will analyze data using methods like process capability and DMAIC, supporting KPIs such as cost, uptime, 5S, and safety.

The role includes hands-on product and equipment work and ensuring smooth transfers to Operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cleaning and lithography process engineering, experience in optics preferred, and excellent English communication for

Qualifications

Degree required in Chemical/Applied Science/Physics/Material Engineering.
5+ years in cleaning and Lithography process engineering in manufacturing.
Experience in optics industry preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English; reporting to overseas manager.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize and implement process solutions meeting capability and manufacturability.
Data analysis using process capability, GD&T, FMEA, and DMAIC.
Support engineering and operational KPIs including cost, uptime, 5S, and safety.
Ensure smooth transfer of process solutions from development to operations.
Maintain 5S in development areas; perform hands-on product and equipment work.
Perform measurement and quality judgment of products.
