Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Process Engineer based in Prai, Penang, to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements in a manufacturing environment. You will lead process development, implement robust control methods and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable production.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product.
• Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Participate in production activities and solve daily issues.
• Prepare justification, purchase and install capital equipment for production.
• Establish robust process parameters and control methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and ECOs.
• Interface with production for new process implementation and transfer.
