Job summary

Flex is seeking a Process Engineer in Prai, Penang, to support teams building high-quality products. You will focus on improving cost, quality and delivery through robust process engineering, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves defining manufacturability, troubleshooting process issues, implementing capital equipment and developing process controls. Training and ECO-related activities are part of the expected responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires 4 years of experience in process engineering.
• Experience in cost, quality and delivery improvements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process and address them.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and control methods.
• Provide training during new technology transfer and support ECOs.
