Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Prai, Penang is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to strengthen cost, quality and delivery improvements within our manufacturing operations. You will define and implement processes for manufacturability and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in process engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Prepare justification and implement capital equipment for production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
• Develop and implement process control methodologies.
• Support cycle time and process improvement activities.
• Assist in transfer of new processes to production.
