Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
• 5 years related experience; semiconductor engineering experience adds advantage.
• Coaching and supervising technicians by assigning tasks and checking work regularly.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Job description

Set Ambitious Target, Define high-performance targets for equipment efficiency and reliability. Lead innovative improvement projects, such as “Perfect Tool Setup,” to achieve exceptional operational outcomes.

Your Role

• Make Timely Decision, Fast respond to any equipment breakdowns or high alarm occurrence. By making timely decisions, minimize downtime (UDT ) and ensure high quality delivery and production continuity.
• Live Responsibility & Ownership, Take full responsibility for the maintenance process, from technician training to equipment uptime. Lead by example in holding oneself accountable for equipment performance and technician support, emphasizing a strong sense of ownership. This inspires the team to take pride in their work and be proactive in addressing issues.
• Assist to schedule planned maintenance definition to have comprehensive equipment maintenance to ensure all Wire Bond equipment safe to operate with high availability, good reliability & appropriate quality performance.
• Lead a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions to build up competence technician.
• Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime.
• Support for Copper & Aluminum Wire Bond maintenance engineering and ramp up of new technology (package, product, process).

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
• 5 years related (experience in Semiconductor Engineering will bean added advantage).
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
