Job summary

WORQ in Malaysia is seeking a Senior PR & Integrated Corporate Communications Executive to elevate its brand narrative across channels. You will shape WORQ’s reputation across national, real estate, and tech media while driving social media, campaign activations, and brand events to support community growth.

As a strategic storyteller with strong writing and digital skills, you will own external communications, manage media relationships, and lead multi-channel content and events to expand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media execution, or integrated marketing.
• Master-level writing skills across press releases, long-form LinkedIn articles, punchy social copy, and marketing collateral.
• Funnel literacy: understands how PR, social media, and communications projects support brand equity and lead generation.
• Project and event ownership: can independently manage timelines, on-site logistics, and leverage media networks.
• Digital & tool proficiency: experience managing corporate social channels and using tools like HubSpot, Canva, and other CMS.

Responsibilities

• I) Brand PR & Earned Media: Lead external communications initiatives to position WORQ as a premier authority on flexible workspaces and the future of work.
• Press & pitch management: write and distribute press releases, op-eds, announcements, and media kits for milestones, expansions, and awards.
• Journalist engagement: build relationships with editors across property, business, and tech outlets and pitch leadership for expert commentary.
• Reporting: monitor media coverage and report PR performance metrics to stakeholders.
• II) Social Media Management & Brand Storytelling: Own day-to-day content strategy and channel growth, focusing on thought leadership and executive profiling.
• PR & content amplification: repurpose earned PR wins into social assets to maximize reach.
• Multichannel creation: develop high-quality digital content including video scripts and member spotlights to convert inquiries into leads.
• III) Campaign Activations & Events: Execute campaigns and lifecycle emails via HubSpot for new openings and occupancy drives.
• OOH & partner branding: coordinate signage and displays with building managers and landlords.
• Brand events: lead on-ground execution of flagship events and capture live content.
• Vendor & admin coordination: assist with vendor coordination, assets, invoices, and budgets.
