Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years hands-on PR experience; minimum 2 years in integrated communications in an agency or consultancy.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and integrated campaigns across earned, owned and social channels.
• Excellent storytelling skills—translating complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
• Strong project management with ability to balance timelines, budgets, creative ideas and delivery.
• Genuine interest in developing talent and creating a collaborative, quality‑driven team culture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring delivery against objectives, scope, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Lead client and internal WIP meetings, setting priorities, allocating responsibilities and keeping deliverables on track.
• Oversee campaign execution across earned, owned and social channels, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
• Manage client events, launches and media activations from planning through execution, coordinating with third‑party vendors and partners.
• Monitor account budgets, resource utilisation and deliverables, addressing scope creep and delivery risks.
• Oversee media monitoring, campaign evaluation and reporting, translating results into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate regional campaigns with market teams or take on the regional hub lead role where required.
• Identify opportunities to use AI thoughtfully to improve campaign execution, workflow efficiency and deliverables.
