Job summary

WORQ is seeking a Senior PR & Integrated Corporate Communications Executive to elevate the brand narrative across national, real estate, and tech media. You will shape WORQ's corporate reputation while driving our social media ecosystem, campaign activations, and brand events to support community growth.

In this role you will own external communications, write press materials, build relationships with editors, manage media relations, and report PR performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media execution, or integrated marketing.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities across press releases, op-eds, and social content.
• Proven media relations experience with editors across property, business and tech outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications initiatives to position WORQ as a premier authority on flexible workspaces.
• Write and distribute press releases, official announcements, and media kits.
• Engage editors and journalists, pitch leadership for expert commentary, and track PR performance.
• Own day-to-day social content strategy and channel growth across WORQ's platforms.
• Repurpose earned PR wins into social assets and develop multi-channel content.
• Plan and execute campaigns and events, including brand activations and outlets launches.
• Coordinate campaign vendors, collateral, invoices, and budget tracking.
