Job summary

3E Worldwide Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Executive to support IT infrastructure, business applications, hardware, and daily retail operations. You will provide technical and application support to HQ and retail branches, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation.

The ideal candidate has IT support experience, knowledge of POS systems, ERP, and basic networking. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must be prepared to travel to branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in IT technical support, helpdesk or infrastructure is a plus.
• Familiar with retail POS systems, ERP, and business applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade PCs, printers, POS equipment and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot system performance, connectivity, and security problems.
• Deliver remote and on-site IT support to HQ and retail branches.
• Maintain basic network inventory: switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and internet.
• Assist with first-level support for POS, inventory, ERP, and business apps.
• Support daily store operations: sales, cashiering, stock receiving, transfers, and day-end processes.
• Investigate issues, collect data, coordinate with vendors or internal teams for fixes.
• Provide user training and guidance on application usage and procedures.
• Maintain IT asset records, deployment, lifecycle, and warranty status.
• Assist with IT for new store openings or relocations.
