Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, IT Administration Support to ensure reliable IT infrastructure across Famous Amos Malaysia outlets. The role focuses on maintaining POS systems, outlet connectivity, and data integration to support efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities include deploying POS terminals, monitoring outlet networks, coordinating data transfers with mall management, and developing back-end scripts with the MYIT team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years IT managerial experience.
• Knowledge of hardware components and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with office administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, and coordinate the deployment of POS terminal sets to outlets, ensuring smooth and timely roll-out execution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot outlet network connections to maintain system uptime and operational continuity.
• Liaise with shopping mall management teams to facilitate sales data integration with their servers.
• Coordinate with the MYIT team to develop and implement back-end scripts for data transfer across networks to mall servers.
• Manage end-to-end tasks related to POS operations, performance, and issue resolution.
• Review synchronization data accuracy across different systems and implement timely rectifications to address discrepancies.
• Administrative duties including asset movement tracking, network billing and allocation, and interface status monitoring.
