Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction and property development projects in Ipoh, Malaysia. The role requires leading project teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery with a strong focus on risk management and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
• Proactive with good initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
• Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.
• Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• To report project progress to top management from time to time.
