Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee site-based civil engineering projects in Ipoh. You will plan, lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets and client expectations.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in property development or construction. You will report to senior management and drive risk management, quality control and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Site-based Senior Project Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
• Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.
• Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• To report project progress to top management from time to time.
